Infertility Treatment at InviMed European Centres of Motherhood
The InviMed Centres employ accommodating, courteous and competent personnel who ensures a friendly atmosphere as well as comfortable and effective stay.
The problem of infertility affects approximately 15-20% of couples who attempt to have a child. This percentage increases with age, so swift and professional diagnosis, as well as proper treatment, are critical.
Diagnostics of infertility
The laboratories operated by our Centres feature advanced instrumentation which enables the detailed diagnoses of the causes which lead to infertility. InviMed’s embryologists are among the few in Europe who perform MSOME-6600 tests. This is a critical examination to determine whether the difficulty of having an offspring is caused by the so-called “male factor”. InviMed Centres offer a wide variety of diagnostic tests and examinations:
- examination of partners' general physical-condition
- comprehensive hormonal tests
- immunological tests
- ultra-sound examinations
- monitoring of ovulation
- diagnostic hysteroscopy
- detailed semen testing, including SCD (fragmentation of sperm DNA) MSOME-6600
- sonographic HSG (without radiation)
- and many other.
Treatment of infertility
The teams at InviMed European Centres of Motherhood (ECM) include well-qualified medical specialists – gynaecologists, andrologists, urologists, endocrinologists and embryologists, who continuously expand their knowledge and acquire new skills. InviMed ECMs offer specialist assistance, which includes, but is not limited to:
- hormonal induction of ovulation
- IUI-intrauterine insemination
- IVF – in vitro fertilisation (with ICSI or IMSI-6600)
- IVM – in vitro maturation of ova, without hormonal stimulation, followed by in vitro fertilisation
Oncofertility – the preservation of fertility for cancer patients
Oncofertility is a program for clients who
are about to undergo treatment for cancer.
Our male and female clients are encouraged to freeze semen and vitrify ova,
respectively, prior to their radio- or chemotherapy. These procedures give them
a chance to have their own biological child following cancer treatment.
The men's stuff – Male Fertility Centres
The number of clients who test their semen at InviMed has doubled with every successive year! The CASA (Computer Assisted Sperm Analysis,) system, the SCD test, MSOME-6600 and other tools provide our urologists and andrologists with detailed backgrounds on the reproductive capacities of our clients and aid in the selection of the best treatment modality.
